Yesterday i went to go see surfer Blood with my friends and we got there like an hour and a half before the show started. We were waiting in line and we see JP and we take pics and stuff. I saw surfer blood at the US Open.
LOL after the US Open we stayed after it ended to try to meet MGMT, and while we were waiting, we met this guy that wanted to give MGMT his demo. So the opening band goes on stage, and I recognize that dude and we’re like, hey we met you after the US OPEN !! and he’s like oh yeah!! I guess he didn’t get to give MGMT his cd but surfer blood, did hence why he was the opening band…small world..
we got front row which was pretty cool!! JP went crazy again crowd surfing and dancing literally in the audience…
then Kevin the bassist was grabbing people to go up on stage, and so me and my friends got to go up and yeah overall pretty fun showw!!!!
and he gave us the setlist too
